Just in time for Valentine's, here's a pretty impressive Second Life machinima adaptation of "Annabel Lee", the tragically romantic (or romantically tragic) poem by Edgar Allan Poe. (Shot entirely in the Bella Pace sim.)
Directed by Amelie Marcou, some of the image choices may be a bit too static or on-the-nose in places, but she gets high accolades for ambition. And for lush, gorgeously composed shots like the one above.
