Insociable’s photostream is fun and humorous with playful photos such as this one. He has more than one photo with a dog. This one brought to mind the phrase “a boy and his dog” with their mutual grins. I just love the grin and the insouciance of it all.

The color story in this photo delights me, the repeats of black and yellow/gold in his clothing, the bus, and the dog are fun as well as good color composition. And yes, again a “boy and his dog.” 

This is a shift in direction, but still full of whimsy and humor. I find it interesting that he is all in white, white clothing, white hair, white shoes, while she is all in black, clothing, hair, and shoes. I am unsure whether this is metaphorical or not. What i do know is e.e. cumming’s had thoughts on the moon: 

who knows if the moon’s

a balloon, coming out of a keen city

in the sky–filled with pretty people?

(and if you and i should

get into it, if they

should take me and take you into their balloon,

why then

we’d go up higher with all the pretty people

than houses and steeples and clouds:

While 90% or more of Insociable’s photostream is delightful action and fashion photos, this is not a stream to explore on your coffee break or with children on your lap as there are a few pictures that might raise some eyebrows.
