Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Shoko.Tachikawa is a pose-maker who creates photos to illustrate the poses. They are full of action and movement. I like the “blue period” aesthetic in this photo. Poses are such an integral part of the best SL photography, and I love photos that show them off to their best advantage.
Not all her photos are created to sell poses. Here is one that shows off a battle and the poses are not for sale. The way the photo is blown out by the bright sunlight makes me think of how in moments of extremis our vision may contract to just the essential, the background falling away. This captures that intensity of focus.
This is another non-commercial pose, one that tells a story and I am so curious what the story is. A bride in a gunfight, what could be happening?
Shoko Tachikawa’s photostream is fun and full of action. It is unfortunate that some bloggers do not post their pose credits, an ongoing aggravation for those who make the poses that put the motion and emotion into Second Life photos.

That bride with the gun is my favorite by far. She must be defending herself from the X. LOL
