Mara Telling’s “Escape Inside a Book” speaks to me. I am a reader and I love to escape inside a book. I didn’t know I could do it literally. 

Some surreal fun ahead:

I love this surreal mashup of Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy and Star Wars. I love that it happens in a living room. It’s odd and I love odd. 

I was scrolling down and didn’t completely absorb this picture at first. It looks like so many of those Western pics, but look closer. I laughed out loud.  

Mara Telling’s photostream is well worth exploring. Some of her pictures are humorous while others are introspective. Other pictures are very beautiful and emotionally compelling. What they aren’t is boring.
