Stylish Second Life Tributes to Cigarettes, Whiskey and Wild, Wild Women by an Avatar Named Jimmey Hoffa

“To Friendship” appeals to me with the easy nonchalance of the pose. Sitting back, relaxed, with a glass of wine, and a smoke, the way the light hits the bubbles in the glass and mixes with the smoke is just beautiful. And before you complain, there is no nicotine in SL cigarettes. Jimmey Hoffa’s photostream is a chronicle of his Second Life which seems to be an homage to the song, “Cigarettes and Whiskey and Wild, Wild Women.” For purists, the original by Ramblin’ Jack Elliott is here. 

It’s not all glamour though...

I love how blur enhances this picture of two men pushing a truck in “Stuck Up.” It’s not just that it suggests movement, it also creates the emotional sense of frustration they must be feeling. 

“Give It Gas” is flooded with, light leaving us with abstracted shapes. I think it’s beautiful. I love his use of lines and the rule of thirds to bring our attention to the avatar. And you just know, even though you don’t see it, but that avatar is smoking a cigarette.  

Jimmey Hoffa’s photostream is fun and lively. Be sure to set your filters or check it out in the privacy of your home because there’s a fair share of erotica and the first picture, unless he has added a new one, is a dick pic. There is a bit more attention to the details of composition and lighting than your usual dick pic, but it’s still a dick pic, so not for work break browsing.

Cajsa right now i saw what link you posted under your comments and i was curious to see it. well i dont even knew such stuff exist in SL.....
