Chic at Phil’s Place has been keeping us informed of the best in fashion since 2008. As one of the old guard, she has kept going while many others have taken long sabbaticals (ahem, me!) or quit altogether. I love how she focuses on one item in Unseelie, the fabulous foot jewelry from Lassitude & Ennui.

“Sunny” is a fun mod look with sunglasses, bracelets, and a serving of sass. I love. These items are at Cosmopolitan event, but hurry, it ends May 1st.

One of my favorite things about Chic at Phil’s Place is her reporting on community events as well as sales. For example, here she posted about a community yard sale and here an Earth Month Clean-up. Here she posted about the buy free increase. Her blog is always interesting. She has a fabulous menu that comes out on the left-hand side with her profile info at the top and links to her social media as well as links to her popular tutorials. She provides a list with links to the stores that support her blog. It’s beautifully organized and disappears when you don’t need it.

Happy to be part of The Old Guard. Well, maybe not so much the "old" part. I am very happy that my blogging roles include some of the best old-timers still. Always good to remember back then. Life (and blogging) was much different :D.
