Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Bambi Foxdale’s “And In Our Hearts There Is a Boat” drew me in with its nostalgic emotional effect. I love how she shows that a picture can move someone so profoundly.
What is an autumn hug? For the answer, click here:
I love the title “Autumn Hug'' for this picture. Without the title, you see a love portrait framed by leaves. The title gives it a more intimate feeling, as though the branches are not just there, but that they have intention, they want to embrace her. I had not thought much about picture titles and how they can change our impression of a picture, but this one certainly does.
“On My Way” is a fun picture, a slice of life. We catch her in the moment of running to avoid the rain. It succeeds despite breaking one of the composition rules of showing people moving into the frame, not out of it. I think it works because it suggests she is moving fast, moving ahead of the frame.
Bambi Foxdale’s stream is fantastic and she provides credits with a wonderful bit of narrative describing the scene and listing some items.
