Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Zanya’s photostream is full of extraordinary landscapes and seascapes such as this gorgeous image, “Fly On.” She has a fascination with birds and they often sneak into her pictures. Or, as in this picture, they become the focus of the picture, as shown by its placement at the intersection of two diagonal lines that are drawn 45 degrees from each right corner. (See thumbnail pic I've annotated here.) As a result, her picture is beautiful and the composition is exquisite.

“Wait” is an example of incongruous elements, a rose, a lighthouse, and a cat brought together through extraordinary composition to form this surreal picture of a cat gazing at a rose though our eyes read the light from the lighthouse as their gaze. I love this picture for how it is simple on the surface and complex in its entirety.
“When I’m Gone” is another lovely composition. The shirt hanging off the chair suggests absence. The cat looks backward, but is the cat looking at the butterfly or the absence? I love the way the picture is lit with the shadow on the front and the sunshine in the back, dividing the picture with light on one side and dark behind the chair, dark where the absence begins.
Check out Zanya’s photostream and you will surely want to follow. There are pictures of avatars that are very good, some are stunning. You can see her experimenting a lot with avatar pics. She focuses most on landscapes and again, experiments with light, color, and blur to create extraordinary works of art. Best of all, she includes SLurls, so you can visit the sims yourself.
