That's really good for Philip and the High Fidelity team! That's a big client to have and so hopefully tons of money for them.

I don't think it means much for the 'metaverse' though. Spatial audio for communication seems neat for non-visual audio apps, but its old hat for Second Life which has had it via Vivox since 2007.

Or am I missing something and would High Fidelity's spatial audio be better than Vivox's spatial audio somehow?
