Here's a cool Linden Lab project to give creative SL users some social media love and attention. Beyond the Usual Subjects we're already familiar with, who would you nominate that's recent-ish to the Second Life community (i.e. the last few years) -- or at least recent-ish to you?
Here's five I myself would nominate that spring to mind:
Aufwie Mysterious has been an SLer for about 10 years but started doing live SL performances in earnest during the pandemic, and I think he's destined to become a breakout star. (Play the video above if you don't believe me.)
Heidi Rewell turns Second Life screenshots into works of art.
Zatch Ixchel has expanded the possibilities of SL Machinima more than just about anyone else in recent years.
NiranV has, working by himself on his Black Dragon viewer, has expanded the potential of Second Life as a creative platform with great graphics.
SL YouTuber Lexy Neven brings some great wit and irreverence to everyday Second Life and her videos, recently featured here exploring a rent-an-avatar dating service.
