Vita Camino’s “Cozy Festive Windows” are exactly that. Despite the snow hanging off the eaves and dusting on the sidewalk, this picture feels warm and welcoming. A few Christmas lights and decorations add the festive air. I love the houses nestled so close together, giving it the feeling of other times and other places. You can visit yourself because she thoughtfully provides a SLurl [teleport here.]

“Blue Hour Hilyday Winter Village” catches this pickup setting out to plow at dusk. It’s almost a shame to plow that beautiful blanket of snow, but needs must. I love how the twinkling lights in the tree seem to echo the falling snowflakes as though they are illuminated flakes.
“Coming Home” is a delightful holiday picture. They are certainly coming home laden with presents all on the roof of the car. There really is something wonderful about how the snow in the evening, reflects the moonlight and illuminates the nighttime.
I love Vita Camino’s stream full of landscapes and occasional personal SL photos. She designs sims and does custom decor, so I assume many of her pictures are to show off her skills. She blogs about her work at Vita’s Gardens. I love the serenity of her landscapes, particularly the winterscapes. While I do not the miss -40𝆩F temperatures where I grew up, these pictures remind me of how the night can feel magical when lit by the moon-drenched snow. Now, toss in some Norther Light and it almost seems worth it.
