Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
The Sassy Shopper’s Blog by Sparkle Mocha caught my eye with this gorgeous post, “A Stroll in the Snow.” I love the outfit. I love that she’s wearing an outfit. (I confess I am tired of the competition to show the most skin with the least fabric possible. It’s boring.) Her outfit is gorgeous and I want it.

I love the bright red dress with the lace edging. The serving tray is cute as well and a perfect Christmas tray of sweets.

I love a lot of things about The Sassy Shopper’s Blog. She wears clothes. This is becoming increasingly rare. She has great style and takes great photos. I wish, though, she credited more than one or two items. Otherwise, her blog is stylish and best of all, she shares her life with her readers. Her blog is fun to read, full of her real life, the good, the bad, the sorrow and the joy. I am always so glad there are bloggers who write!
A lot of bloggers will only blog the items they are provided as promotional items by creators or events. I think this is a mistake for a few reasons. First, as a reader, I might click through from their Flickr pic to their blog because I like the hair, but only the dress is credited. After that happens a few times, I might decide not to click anymore. Secondly, as a creator, I might feel excited to see my hair in a picture and click through and see it gets no credit. This would make me sad.
Third, as a blogger, I would not want to limit my appeal. Imagine if you apply to a store, they will definitely go to your blog, and if they do not see their items credited or blogged, they will nix your application. Please, bloggers, it may take a little bit longer, but it is worth it.

It is a rare blogger that blogs like we did in the old days, with words. Though "I" don't blog like the old days, I don't blog at all anymore. Still upload to flickr now and then, with credits for most everything.
It is also a rare blogger who wears "clothes", as you said. Seriously, seems like every designer is competing to show the most skin in their designs Even those who were noted for NOT showing a lot of skin.
