Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Lishy’s untitled avatar pick looks ready for her action movie. She’s all dressed up and ready to save the world. She comes with an accompanying action-appropriate song called String Theory that is definitely not up my alley but difference is what makes the world exciting. I just know that she is a defender of truth and humanity. She looks like one of the good guys. I can’t wait to see the movie.

So this picture made me laugh because when do TV channels go off the air anymore? I remember going to Idaho to spend a month door-knocking for gay rights, in opposition an anti-gay ballot measure (We won!) and at the end of the night when I would need to watch a little TV to decompress, all the channels were off the air. It was so shocking that just one state over I could be living in the land of no late night TV. It was the longest month. Lishy is adorable and her dog is, too. Note, too, how well she is framing her image in order to make the diagonal shot make sense and not drive viewers crazy.
Here’s another good photo that solves the diagonal dilemma. I think her outfit is adorable even though she is wearing the biggest shoes in the universe. I love the lighting in the picture, particularly the neon signage echoing the yellow in her outfit and the light from the left coming in the same color but a few shades lighter. The colors make a sort of upside-down triangle with her at the apex. It’s such a beautifully composed photo that I don’t mind at all that I cannot figure out the what the metal contraption she is sitting on is supposed to be. She links to another song for this picture.
I enjoy Lishy’s photostream. Her pictures are a mix of ordinary daily life such as hanging with her dog or putting on makeup and roleplay pictures like the first one and several others. They all have a bit of kawaii charm. Even her superhero is charming. She does shoot pics in the diagonal, but she makes an effort to create diagonal pictures that actually make sense. She is a fun SL artist to follow and you can tell she is having fun.
