Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Bulletproof Next is a K-Pop tribute band in Second Life inspired by BTS who have a Flickr account for their band and poster art. Band members include Chiaki xue, kakarot nosantou, and Sopha Portal and many others. Yesterday they featured this fabulous recreation of a scene from the percussive Arson video by BTS member j-hope. [Click here] I like how he bends at the waist, curving into the already slightly askew picture. It’s a clever bit of composition that makes this pic even more interesting. This pic was taken by kakarot. I just hope they aren’t too literal a tribute band and don’t go on hiatus.

Inspired by another j-hope song, More [Click here] which has a very trippy video, “Soak Up the Music” is another fabulous composition that fills the frame, again using the pose to curve the body to get maximum body in the space. This was also taken by kakarot.
“RM & Jackson School Days” is inspired by j-hope’s video 방탄소년들의 졸업 [Click here.] OK, I am just guessing here. The photographer was not named this time, but I like the simplicity of the two students and the MATH board.
Bulletproof Next is a fun stream with a mix of pics of them recreating scenes from videos, exploring Second Life, and showing off SL fashion. They even made an adorable video send up of Old Town Road called Seoul Town Road complete with a broom horse that made me laugh out loud. Be sure to check it out, it’s great fun to see other people having fun.
