Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Nevamind is the cleverly named blog started by Neva Seljean. To say she blogs sporadically is a bit of an understatement. She gives us a post every three to four months, but I don’t care that she is infrequent. I love that she wears clothes, real clothes, and that she is an artist at styling. She is not afraid to mix prints or in this case, stripes with plaid. She takes separates from different stores and puts them together into something new and exciting like this gorgeous outfit. And the hair! Check out Post 003.
- hair: doux - medusa
- top: emery - helen top (sunset)
- cardigan: giz seorn - paty oversized cardigan (stripe)
- pants: c'est la vie! - tory pants (colour change fatpack)
- shoes: sallie - 8 hole boots (colour change fatpack)

Post 002 gives us even more wild, but wonderful print matching. I count two plaids, two argyles, and a houndstooth. Wow! Sadly, the store that sells the coat seems to have closed or the sim is down. I tried to teleport there and got unable to load messages. The vendor pic shows a more restrained option. It was Neva who chose the combination from the HUD and 80% of us wouldn’t dare pick that combo. But it works!
- bangs: studio exposure - babe hairbase and bangs (d.brown 05)
- outfit: mix (actually -M.I.X.*-) - chesterfield coat (colour change fatpack) by Yuna Quintessa. See this on Flickr at this link.
- tights: happy - argyle tights (ecstatic pack - rust)
- shoes: kitja - isla boots (colour change fatpack)
- hat: ::k:: - scottish bonnet (plaid - colour change)
Nevamind may be infrequent, but it’s interesting and well worth following. She links to her plurk account on her about page, but she should add a link to her Flickr. I wish she posted more frequently because I want to see interesting blogs and photos. I also wish she provided the name of the creator. She doesn’t post links which is a consequence of Flickr’s TOS, but creator names gets around that and makes it easy to look up. I spent far too long looking for Mix because it is -M.I.X.*- which is the creator’s fault, but if I had her name I could find the store in her picks in seconds. I want to see people taking pieces from several stores and assembling an outfit that looks great. If you know of blogs with people wearing clothes, not nip slip tops and flying up in the wind skirts, please let me know.

One of the first Second Life avatar faces I've seen that don't have the weird SL forehead look to them. This one actually looks human. Nice!
