Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
It’s the end of the year and time to look back and share my favorite photostreams to follow. Nekonuko Nakamori is a perennial favorite. I love her consistency. Every picture includes her enjoying the scene. She goes from place to place and takes snaps. Her pics feel like watercolors. There is this softness, a luminosity that makes me smile every time.

I always recognize a Melusina Parkin picture. Her minimalist style is immediately recognizable. She zooms in on the architectural details and small objects. She generally creates a suite of five pictures. Most of the time, the pictures are from different sims, but of similar objects. She has recently shifted to Midjourney and even there she is able to achieve pictures that look like a Melusina Parkin picture.
Charlie Namiboo is another delight to follow. In contrast to Nakamofi and Parkin, Namiboo’s stream is notable for the unexpected. There’s fashion pics, landscapes, cityscapes, and more. There are also both color and black & white images. But the pics are consistently excellent.
If Rembrandt were alive today, he might have taken this picture. Instead it was taken by Burleh Leonard, someone who loves intense color. He isn’t afraid of creating a sark and shadowed picture like this one. He likes landscapes and frames beautiful ones.
Mr. B is a new discovery for me, but I am in love with his photostream. Again, he has a style that is distinctive and consistent. His photos make me think of vintage photos. His landscapes are beautiful. He has a minimalist style that is captivating.
I will have another five to follow tomorrow!
