Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Shasta Laval is delightfully clear when naming her pictures. Take this one that is helpfully titled “Visit Bella’s Lullaby.” It tells you what to do, shows you why you would want to do it, and gives you the tools you need, a handy-dandy teleport. What more do you want? To teleport to Bella’s Lullaby, click here.
Don’t you also get the impression this could be “Christina’s World” from a different field?

“Visit Pendle Hill” makes me think of Maurice Sendak with this forest without undergrowth, the clearly defined leaves, etc. I think there could be Wild Things if we looked at the right time of day. To teleport to Pendle Hill, click here.
“Visit Cherishville” is wonderful. I love how the bright sunlight almost hides the car, dappling it with the shadows of a tree and its leaves. It’s such a clever way to use lighting and something completely fresh. Click here to teleport there.
Shasta Laval refers to her stream as a diary of her travels. She is modest, saying “I don't make art, I make memories.” She’s been in SL for sixteen years and credits photography for her longevity. “I do love capturing sims, friends and moments along the way.” I love how she play with the light to create such unique and emotionally evocative pictures.
