Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
🎵Christmas is coming and the tree is getting trimmed.🎵So, those are not the real words, but I bet tree-trimming is more relevant to today’s Christmas celebrators than fat geese. Geese are mean. Leonard Holden’s “My! My! How Time Flies” gives us some tree-trimming magic that sure would have come in handy when my mom made me trim the top half of our 17’ Christmas tree. Christmas is coming. Have you decorated your tree?

Axi Art reminds me of me this Christmas, though she is much neater. I made chokladakor (spiced chocolate cookies) on Sunday and the cocoa powder flew all over. I also made stompa, think anise-flavored flour tortillas. Her picture is titled “cooking is another form of life’s blessings.” I think so, too. I am making Christmas gift cookies tomorrow. I hope I make less of a mess since I won’t be using cocoa powder. I will be making ginger cookies, I hope mine remain resolutely unalive unlike the gingerbread man trying to escape the rolling pin.
Panda Banana and the gang’s all here for a group Christmas photo. You may recall the group of French friends who do group photos with several of them sharing their different shots. Panda includes links to Mathilde’s de Cyriac’s vibrant version, Shun’s warm and cozy version, and more to come.
Lesly’s cooking is more like it. Seriously, if you haven’t got some flour on your shirt, have you really been cooking? I love all the detail in her kitchen but her tree is too close to the stove, and it’s gas so it could poof a decent sized flame if the spark strike doesn’t immediately ignite the gas, so a little builds up and then poof!
Uh-oh! I don’t know what’s going on with Hilaire Beaumont and Santa but it looks hilarious. The dog seems a bit concerned. Perhaps he’s a backseat driving sort of dog. I hope Santa can hang on.
Christmas in Second Life is always fun, though most people are risking frostbite in some tender areas. Put some clothes on and warm up. You will be much more cozy and I won’t have to look so hard for good pictures.
