Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Opie Kiko’s “Come” is so clever and extraordinary, I had to share it right away. What a gorgeous picture. It reminds me of a common criticism that the background of an image should not be the same as the color of the subject’s dress. Well, Opie Kiko has just given a master class in how that’s not always the case.

“The Escher Chair Circus” is one of those things you should only try in Second Life where you can jump out of planes without parachutes and brush off the dust, put your shoes back one, and walk away. I love how she added additional walls to create more shadows and get them crossing each other and repeating. It’s lovely.
“Create your own path”, posted late last year, is a great picture for ending 2023. It certainly seems as though Opie intends to do so and she’s taking the Flickr and Second Life logs with her which bodes well for both Flickr and SL because they only benefit from someone with her creativity.
Opie Kiko’s work is so much fun it’s hard to know what to highlight. There were so many choices. Some were a little risqué, but cute. Some are emotionally affecting. Others are simply hilarious. Some involve various fetishes and make her stream something to enjoy on your own time. But do enjoy it. I doubt you can be indifferent to her stream. Love it or hate it, it will touch you.
