Remy Arnaud [RykerZeke.resident] calls his blog The Neat Jinx. Looking at his pics, I’m pretty sure he picks the towels up off the floor and washes the dishes. In his most recent post he donned a woman’s body to warn us, Don't you come at me green with an attitude. Who would dare? Whether he is presenting as a man or woman, he takes no prisoners.
Now, normally I’m not fond of too much side or under-boob, but this is just a top that appears more revealing at first glance because the bright light makes all but the outline of her top flare out. It’s a clever trick of the eye that made me laugh. It just goes one step further in the My-Way sweepstakes that Remy is winning. Anyway, the top includes that mini-shawl and shorts for a lovely must-have summer set. Info on everything else is in his blog post.

We say nothin' more than we need is a fun title, but it’s not true. Remy is scrupulous in crediting his look. I love the top and pants, especially the knit top. A lot of people avoid knits in the summer because they think of winter sweaters, but in summer you can knit with cotton, linen, hemp, or bamboo yard in a worsted (middle) weight and have nice, cool summer sweaters that breathe and keep you cool.

The Neat Jinx is a great blog with a lot of detail right down to the nail polish. Remy includes slurls for all the stores, not just the sponsors, a detail I appreciate a lot. The only information he should add is the ending date of events. The blog is well organized. Similar to a lot of fashion blogs, you have to page down before you see the current blog post or the several recent posts on the home page because the masthead consumes the entire page. So many people design that way, it must be effective. No matter, the quality of Remy’s pictures and blogging details is worth the scroll.

Have you been hoping your work might be featured someday? There are thousands of Second Life residents on Flickr and sometimes it’s worth it to promote yourself. There is a Flickr group for you to post your pictures and put yourself forward. Sometimes it just takes getting noticed. Tell your friends to do the same.
