Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Mari Seesaw is a black and white tuxedo cat who explores Second Life and shares her unique Polaroid-style photos. She ran into a bit of trouble in Walsh County, though she obviously returned from her adventure none the worse for wear. I have a soft spot for the Second Life Walsh County though having survived a couple tornadoes in the real Walsh County, the one in SL is safer even with UFOs. Mari is viewing the lighthouse at Bella’s Lullaby. With the lighthouse and the cat in silhouette against that gorgeous sundown, this picture emphasizes the sunset and its reflection in the ocean. It’s also a gorgeous example of the Rule of Three with the horizon a third from the bottom and the lighthouse a third from the right.
I love that she doesn’t always show herself posed in a sitting position and observing, but also moving into the picture as she is in this picture, caught coming out of what looks like a boutique. I love the pics when I don’t see her immediately. I know she’s there so I immediately start looking. It’s almost like a game. Where’s Mari?
Mari Seesaw's stream is beautiful and fun. I love to see her pictures coming up in my window. I know they will always be pretty and intriguing. I also appreciate that she includes SLurls so we can go visit. Maybe it’s time to get abducted by aliens.
