Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Natalia Corvale takes landscape pictures that could be used in a composition textbook. Here is Bella’s Lullaby, a lovely and favorite sim for photographers. She takes a picture of the lighthouse from a more interesting perspective and it’s framed as an excellent example of the Rule of Thirds which she likely used to crop this picture. I also like how the small island, its shoreline, and the ocean form concentric rings of open space.
She also added the SLurl to take you there if you want to go and it’s so cute, the way she did it with emojis, I have to replicate it here:

“Cloud Edge II” is a stark landscape and Natalia emphasizes that by choosing to make this picture black and white. In black and white, you can almost feel the cold winds of high altitudes buffet your avatar as you attempt to cross that vertigo-inducing bridge. (Hamlet profiled the creator here.) Whatever you do, don’t look down.
As to the composition, could there be a better illustration of the Golden Ratio?
And then there is the leading line created by the bridge. Also, as someone commented below her picture, she presents a stark texture contrast between the hard edges of the rocks and the soft, billowing clouds. This is the sort of picture you might want to hang on your wall.
And your flight awaits, ✈✈✈✈✈
This untitled snap of a porch and its stairs is another triumph of composition. The Golden Ratio’s sweet spot is the seat of the rocking chair and everything draws your eye there, including the leading line created with the geraniums. I like that she used depth of field to draw out the geraniums so that they get their own moment of glory.
Natalia Corvale is a talented landscape photographer, but I could have easily focused on her stunning portraiture. She also created several lovely pictures in Midjourney. You can tell which is which by looking at what groups she puts them in.
