Cajsa Lilliehook covers the best in virtual world screenshot art and digital painting
Amira or ·•° ᓚᘏᗢ °•· as she currently styles herself, creates darling sightseeing pics from her travels in Second Life. I am a sucker for a framed picture and these are delightful. I love the simplicity of this picture, just the house and the butterflies around it with some grass. She includes the original raw shot in a link so you can see her editing changes such as intensifying the colors, adding depth to the background, tossing in a bit of bokeh, and framing it. She also includes a SLurl, so you can teleport to visit the butterflies and see how they’re doing. I love how the simplicity of her pictures are so very beautiful.

In “Missing Melody” I love how she desaturated all but the shoes and added that sun flare. It’s a gorgeous picture, but so very simple.
“Dutch Coast” is another simple picture that is enchanting. Compared to the original, this is clearly a lovely nice day with gorgeous weather while the original is sort of equivocal. It could be nice or it could be a chilly day. It’s hard to tell. I love that she made it definitely a good day.
Amira or ·•° ᓚᘏᗢ °•· takes enchanting screenshots and shows her work by posting a link to the raw shot in the description of her final picture. She also provides a link so you can teleport to the spot. She’s a great travel guide, seeking out the little things to highlight and make much of.

Really love how Amira captures these serene little moments in Second Life — the framing, colors, and soft bokeh really bring out the charm in such a simple setting. It reminds me of cozy, nature-inspired aesthetics that feel peaceful yet powerful.
Speaking of which, I recently found something that gives off a similar vibe in real life — the Roots Landscape Sweater. It has this beautiful, earthy design that feels like you're wearing a piece of landscape art. Thought it might resonate with fans of digital art and tranquil scenery like this!
